New 30 Day Challenge – Run Like The Wind
I’ve never made a New Year’s Resolution. To be honest, I wasn’t keen on making one for 2013. Not because I have no goals, but because I have too many. From becoming healthier, to learning the harmonica (yes you read that right), I needed a more structured way to achieve them.
As such, I took a bit of inspiration from Matt Cutts and decided to undertake these goals in individual 30 day challenges. You can see Matt’s talk on his 30 day challenges in the video below:
As my January challenge I’ve decided to undertake running with the target being to run the ‘Sole Destroyer’ run in March. For years my exercise every day has been little more than walking up and down stairs so I don’t think my body will know what’s hit it. Nevertheless, I’ll report back at the end of January with the distances ran each day, how I’m feeling about the run in March and more importantly, what the next 30 day challenge will be.
